Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer Lead to drive end-to-end development and maintenance of AI-enabled systems across enterprise platforms. This hands-on role requires strong architectural vision and mentoring to scale AI across teams.

You will lead the adoption of AI tooling, define evaluation frameworks, ensure data privacy and secure SDLC practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Hybrid work with in-office days.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT or CS with 9+ years of experience.
• Experience with multi-dimensional platforms and enterprise applications.
• Experience mentoring teams and leading large projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/SAFe delivery and portfolio management tools.
• Strong communication, ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of enterprise AI-enabled systems.
• Define and implement model evaluation frameworks and guide continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business requirements.
• Coordinate on-call support and monitor system health.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities and mentor teams.
