Elevance Health seeks an AI Solutions Engineer Lead to drive end-to-end AI-enabled system development across enterprise platforms. Qualifications
- Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 9 years experience.
- Experience with multi-dimensional platforms, and business and technical applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and architecture of agentic AI solutions, including orchestration, tool integration, and reusable enterprise patterns.
- Define and implement model evaluation frameworks (quality, accuracy, safety, performance) and guide teams on continuous improvement.
- Mentor teams to scale AI-enabled engineering and adoption across a portfolio.
- Ensure AI concepts are communicated to non-technical audiences and integrated into delivery platforms such as JIRA.
- Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
- Oversee end-to-end SDLC for AI-enabled systems and secure SDLC practices.
