Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree and 15+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
Experience designing, developing, and operating distributed systems and large-scale architectures.
Proficiency in Python, Java, and API/microservices design and implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise AI adoption by partnering with business units, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
Evaluate AI vendors, platforms, and capabilities through hands-on testing and assessments.
Design reusable agentic frameworks, reference architectures, and production-ready patterns.
Provide hands-on engineering leadership across cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and DevOps.
Translate business problems into AI-enabled solution designs and scalable deployments.
