Blackbuck Insights in Washington DC is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end AI initiatives. You will contribute to building proprietary foundation models, design autonomous agent systems, and develop complex RAG-enabled workflows.

A strong academic background and a track record delivering AI solutions at leading firms are required. The role emphasizes production-grade ML, data quality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable business value.

Formación

• Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Computer Science or a quantitative field from a world-class institution.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI solutions at top-tier tech firms, AI research labs, or leading management consulting practices.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in LLM development, including autonomous agents and production-grade RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
• Experience with agent orchestration tools (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with model fine-tuning and ops tools (DeepSpeed, LoRA/QLoRA, vLLM, Triton).

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end proprietary foundation models and domain-specific fine-tuning (PEFT, RLHF) to solve business challenges.
• Architect multi-agent orchestrations, autonomous reasoning loops, and tool-calling workflows integrated with RAG systems.
• Engineer high-fidelity data pipelines, including synthetic data generation for large-scale model pre-training and benchmarking.
