Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Computer Science or a quantitative field from a world-class institution.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact AI solutions at top-tier tech firms, AI labs, or leading consulting practices.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in LLM development, autonomous agents, foundation models, and production-grade RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop proprietary foundation models and domain-specific fine-tuning (PEFT, RLHF) for FinTech challenges.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration, autonomous reasoning loops, and tool-calling workflows with advanced RAG.
• Engineer high-fidelity data pipelines including synthetic data generation for large-scale model pre-training and benchmarking.
