Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a Principal Product Owner to lead discovery and delivery for Quinn’s AI capabilities, translating strategy into validated AI solutions and prioritized work. You will partner with engineering, legal, security, sales, and customers to deliver practical, auditable AI features for SEC disclosure workflows, while defining roadmaps, success metrics, and quality thresholds.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership delivering B2B software solutions.
• Experience launching AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation capabilities for professional users.
• Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to deliver complex products.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build credibility with senior, detail-oriented professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quinn AI backlog and roadmap.
• Translate market needs into actionable requirements and hypotheses.
• Define success criteria, acceptance standards, and release priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Security, Sales, and customers.
• Define AI scope, evaluation datasets, quality thresholds, and governance.
• Partner with engineering leadership to establish timelines and delivery commitments.
• Review and approve product scope and release plans.
