Job summary

A10 Networks, Inc. seeks an accomplished Senior Product Manager to lead the AI product line for AI Firewall and the AI gateway, owning the roadmap, pricing, and revenue.

You will collaborate with engineering on deployment across Thunder appliances and cloud-native forms while ensuring strong cross-functional alignment with security features. In this role you will set the AI direction across the portfolio, build a scalable team, and articulate the external AI narrative to customers and analysts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 2 owning enterprise infrastructure or security products end to end.
• Demonstrated depth in AI/ML security or AI infrastructure and related attack surfaces.
• Strong networking and security fundamentals including TLS and traffic inspection.
• Experience with service provider or enterprise sales motions.
• Track record of shipping through formal stage-gate processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product line roadmap for AI Firewall and AI gateway from PRD to GA and revenue.
• Own pricing and packaging, including identity-based licensing and discounts.
• Partner with engineering on deployment across Thunder appliances, vThunder, and cloud-native forms.
• Carry bookings, pipeline contribution, and attach rate to the installed base.
• Define what AI-enhanced means across the portfolio and set a common standard.
• Drive cross-line AI decisions with PMs across Thunder ADC, CGN, SSLi, CFW, and Defend suite.
• Represent AI in portfolio reviews, CAB, and AI CoE intake with build/buy/partner analysis.
• Grow the team and establish written artifacts and customer discovery processes.
• Own the external AI narrative with customers, prospects, analysts, and the field.
