Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Principal AI Product Engineer to lead internal AI operations tooling and knowledge systems. You will design data-first dashboards and interfaces that scale across the org, shipping production-ready software and shaping patterns for AI agents.

You will balance centralized platforms with team autonomy, collaborate with infra and engineering, and prioritize high-impact internal products to accelerate AI initiatives in a Boston-area environment.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend and product design instincts with production code experience.
• Experience building internal tools and dashboards for large teams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and agent-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build internal operating tools: dashboards, knowledge systems, and agent-builder interfaces.
• Get the data layer right: centralize vs decentralized data flows for audiences.
• Design how teams build and ship AI agents: interfaces, workflows, patterns.
• Run a portfolio of internal products: prioritize and ship consistently.
• Balance centralized vs decentralized capabilities within a shared platform.
• Partner with infra teams to align platform and exposure layers.
• Use modern agentic tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor to accelerate.
