Job summary

Guidde is seeking a Data Products Engineer to take full ownership of its internal product suite, including full-stack applications, AI agent tools, and automation pipelines that empower every department. You will drive architectural decisions, deploy AI workflows, and ensure data-informed decisions across Product, CS, Sales, and exec leadership.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering end-to-end full-stack applications.
Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows and tooling.
Strong understanding of data concepts including SQL and data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake.
Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines and serverless/cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Own Guidde's internal product suite, building core dashboards for multiple teams.
Design, deploy, and refine AI workflows enabling data-driven decisions.
Architect workflow automations and APIs to connect data with operational tools.
Collaborate with Data Ops and Analysts to convert raw data into usable interfaces and actions.
Manage end-to-end DevOps lifecycle for internal apps, including deployment and observability.
Set technical direction for internal tooling and align with leadership on strategy.
