Job summary

ePlus Inc., a leading technology solutions provider, seeks an AI Presales Leader, Solutions Architect to guide a team, stay hands-on, and represent ePlus with customers and partners. This player-coach role combines strategic AI leadership with practical delivery.

You will partner with sales, engineering, consulting, and business teams to turn customer needs into actionable AI solutions, move prototypes to business cases, and develop repeatable ePlus offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, or technical sales.
• 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical presales, engineering, or architecture teams.
• Demonstrated experience designing, positioning, or implementing AI, machine learning, data analytics, automation, cloud, or related technology solutions.
• Experience partnering with enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Help set AI priorities for ePlus and keep teams focused on the most useful opportunities.
• Work with business and technology leaders to find and rank internal AI use cases.
• Drive responsible use of AI through clear guidance, education, and governance.
• Lead and coach AI-focused presales professionals while staying hands-on in key customer work.
• Bring together sales, delivery, business teams, and partners to move priority work forward.
• Turn business problems into clear AI recommendations, roadmaps, and solution options.
• Lead executive briefings, discovery workshops, and customer planning sessions.
• Work with sales to qualify opportunities, shape the solution, and support complex pursuits.
• Connect customer needs with the right ePlus services and partner technologies.
