Job summary

Owner.com is looking for a Lead, Customer Strategy Analytics & Applied AI to drive analytics and strategy for their Customer Success organization. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the US or Canada.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in analytics and is experienced in shipping data products and AI systems. The competitive salary range is $190,000 – $210,000, alongside a generous equity package and various benefits.

Qualifications

• You’ve personally shipped data products, models, or AI-powered systems into production.
• Excellent numerical skills with a strong technical background preferred.
• Experience with SaaS or high-growth startups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve the analytics, engagement, and AI integration strategy for Customer Success.
• Work with the SVP of CS on customer engagement model and investment focus.
• Set priorities and direction for CS analytics + applied AI work.
