Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations.
• Experience in shipping data products or AI-powered systems into production.
• Strong numerical skills and technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Analytics and improve engagement and AI integration.
• Work directly with the SVP of Customer Success on the customer engagement model.
• Direct the pod and set priorities for CS analytics.
