Adtribute Software GmbH is seeking an experienced Customer Success role to drive better outcomes for our large customers. You will solve customer requests and provide proactive insights to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in online or performance marketing, ideally at an agency or software tool.
• Comfortable reading and understanding data to generate insights.
• Comfortable in remote, async environments and use AI heavily to get more done.

Responsibilities

• Solve inbound customer requests across Intercom and Slack.
• Provide proactive marketing insights to help customers get the most out of Adtribute.
• Upsell customers to higher tiers and add-ons to increase revenue retention.
• Improve customer success playbooks and serve as a reference for mid-level CSMs.
