Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a lead engineer to build the AI DLC workflows and the governed Agent Platform, including cloud agents, identity, Cortex code index, SkillTree, and MCP gateway, plus production-grade agent systems.

You will mentor teams, drive architectural standards, and collaborate across infrastructure, data, and frontend domains to deliver scalable software on the MyQ connectivity platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering; advanced degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• 12 years of job-related experience as indicated in the posting.
• Experience creating technical documentation is required.
• Experience defining functional process improvements and implementing change is required.
• Experience researching technologies and setting long-term technical vision for the platform.
• Experience instituting best practices, principles, and standards for software development.
• Experience establishing software development lifecycles.
• Experience building highly scalable software solutions on Microsoft stack (C#, Azure, SQL).
• Experience with GIT, NoSQL databases, and messaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI DLC process, frameworks, and mentor the Software organization on leveraging AI in software development.
• Create AI platforms for Builder Tools; implement architectural guidelines for Builder Tools on top of those platforms.
• Report Builder Tools and AI DLC strategy and roadmap to Engineering leadership.
• Oversee design reviews to maintain high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, database, and frontend domains for platform enhancements.
• Provide mentoring to junior and senior engineers to grow capability.
• Stay current on technologies to improve MyQ connectivity solutions.
