Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Engineer to build AI agents and agentic workflows that solve real-world business problems. You will design and evolve the platform powering agent development, orchestration, and runtime.

You will work across LLM providers, implement secure, observable architectures, and establish robust CI/CD pipelines. The role blends hands-on engineering with defining platform standards and mentoring teams to scale enterprise AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in GCP and distributed systems.
• Hands-on with AI agentic systems and LangChain.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and agentic workflows for real-world business use cases.
• Design and evolve core platform capabilities for agent development, orchestration, and runtime.
• Develop RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and structured reasoning systems.
• Enable flexible usage across multiple LLM providers and model libraries.
• Implement secure, scalable, and observable architectures for AI systems.
• Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for agent lifecycle (build, test, deploy, rollback).
• Define and implement agent testing & evaluation strategies, including automated pipelines and regression testing.
• Build and enforce LLM observability and evaluation frameworks.
• Drive platform standards, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
• Partner across teams to scale adoption of the platform.
