Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of software experience in one or more listed languages.
• 3+ years of cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 4+ years contributing to open source frameworks.
• 1+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years practicing Agile methodologies.
• Experience with agentic or multi-step LLM pipelines.
• Production experience with LLM APIs and prompt design.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the agentic workflow harness and bounded revision loop.
• Integrate the pipeline with the enterprise LLM model gateway and monitor latency.
• Lead a portfolio of distributed microservices and full-stack projects.
• Mentor engineers and engage with tech communities.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Utilize JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go; Docker and Kubernetes; AWS tools.
