Job summary

Axiad, a leader in identity security, seeks an experienced Product Manager to own product direction for identity risk and management suites. You will drive inbound/outbound, UX, and roadmap, shaping how customers interact with credentials, authentication, and trust across human, machine, and agent identities.

You’ll prototype and ship features with AI-driven workflows, lead discovery through customer interviews, and push learnings back into strategy. Remote or HQ hybrid, full-time.

Qualifications

• Seasoned PM with agentic evolution and mastery of inbound, outbound, UX and prototyping.
• Active, recent building practice — prototypes to PRs deployed by strategic choice.

Responsibilities

• Own product management as a capability: roadmap, inbound, outbound, and UX.
• Drive strategy by continuously aligning with vision and product integration into strategy.
• Actively build product through prototypes, UX, and working software; deliver high-leverage executions.
• Use AI/agents to compress cycles and automate work that shouldn’t require humans.
• Drive outbound: positioning, teardowns, and value narratives.
• Drive inbound: discovery, customer interviews, ruthless prioritization.
