Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity product strategy globally. You will work with data engineering and analytics teams to translate capabilities into commercial offerings, and partner across product, design, and delivery as the product lifecycle unfolds.

The role requires 4+ years in product management, a strong data domain background, and experience with cloud platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management experience
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Background in data products or related technical environments
• Experience with product development methodologies
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or information-intensive products
• Knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake or Databricks

Aufgaben

• Fully own product scope and roadmap within the global data capabilities
• Define and execute product strategy from conception through end of life
• Gather requirements from global stakeholders and prioritize into a roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, privacy, and compliance teams
• Own day-to-day product decisions, delivery, and performance
• Establish quarterly OKRs and KPIs for revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams for launches and adoption
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
