Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will own programs spanning multiple teams and deliver high-quality features on time, guiding teams through Agile processes and removing impediments.

You will collaborate with data science, data engineering, and analytics groups, manage schedules and risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: scheduling, risks, status reporting.
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals.
• Business acumen and ability to communicate across levels.
• Experience with automation/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Preferred PMP or Scrum Master certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features and capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end activities, build integrated schedules, remove blockers, report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with stories and backlog.
• Help balance scope, timeline, and quality.
• Advocate for priorities, technical excellence, and customer outcomes.
• Influence across diverse stakeholders.
