Job summary

CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a Lead Project Manager of AI Initiatives to govern and coordinate a growing portfolio of AI programs. This role sits in the Enterprise PMO and partners with the VP of Business Operations to ensure disciplined governance, tracking, and execution across AI projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience managing complex, tech-enabled programs, and strong communication skills for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current inventory of AI initiatives with ownership, status, milestones, and KPIs.
• Establish and run a consistent governance cadence for AI programs: weekly check-ins, milestone reviews, and escalation processes.
• Produce weekly and monthly AI portfolio status reports for the VP of Business Operations and ELT with ROI indicators such as deflection rates, productivity gains, and cost impact.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Managed Services and other functions to ensure cross-functional alignment.
