Responsibilities

Develop secure high-quality production code and review others' code
Lead a local team of engineers and AI/ML practitioners
Collaborate with product and business teams to set technical vision and roadmaps
Translate business needs into AI/ML specifications and milestones
Architect and develop scalable software using Java or Python with AI/ML integration
Identify opportunities to automate recurring issues to improve reliability
