As a hands-on leader, you will mentor a local team of software engineers and AI/ML practitioners, translate business requirements into robust software and AI/ML specifications, and guide agile roadmaps for AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into software systems including NLP and LLMs.
• Experience mentoring software teams and delivering production-grade solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software lifecycle.
• Hands-on cloud-native development and security practices.
