You will lead an agile team, partner with product, business, and engineering stakeholders, and drive architectural decisions and delivery of high-impact software solutions. You will apply advanced Java/Spring Boot expertise, build data-intensive services on AWS, mentor engineers, and champion responsible AI practices, secure coding, and continuous delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, secure distributed systems in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions for complex business problems.
• Drive architectural decisions to improve scalability, resiliency, and availability of distributed systems.
• Build and maintain secure, production-grade services with strong code quality through reviews and testing.
• Mentor engineers with technical guidance and actionable feedback to raise team capability.
• Implement CI/CD automation and reliability patterns to support frequent releases.
• Develop data-intensive services using Java/Scala and large-scale data platforms.
• Design AI-enabled applications with retrieval-augmented generation and guardrails.
• Promote enterprise-authorized AI engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
