Job summary

Obin AI is hiring AI Engineers to build and scale intelligent agents from the ground up, working directly with the founders to influence key technical decisions from day one.

You will design and deploy LLM-powered agents, partner with credit firms to address ROI, and own the production infrastructure, APIs, and data integrations. Expect rapid growth and high-impact work across platform design and safety.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2-3+ years building AI/ML systems, LLM-based agents or RAG in production.
• Experience logging, evaluating, and optimizing AI applications.
• Experience setting architecture for agentic AI systems across products and handling non-deterministic challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LLM-powered agents and orchestration systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand workflows and drive AI ROI.
• Own production infrastructure, APIs, and data connections with high availability.
• Lead experiments to balance accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Define core platform architecture and reusable infra for agent deployment.
• Help shape the engineering culture, standards, and long-term roadmap.
