Obin AI is hiring AI Engineers to build and scale intelligent agents from day one. You’ll work directly with the founders to own technical decisions and craft production-ready backend systems that connect to customer platforms.

The role emphasizes designing LLM-powered agents, multi-agent orchestration, and performance optimization, with close collaboration with credit-firm customers to tie AI solutions to ROI.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1-2+ years building LLM-based agents and/or RAG systems in production.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and LLM latency optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
• Experience with cloud infra and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Designing and deploying LLM-powered agents.
• Working with customers to identify ROI-driven AI solutions.
• Owning production backend systems and APIs for data sources and platforms.
• Balancing accuracy, latency, and cost with rigorous experimentation.
• Defining core platform architecture and reusable infra for deployment.
