Obin AI is seeking Data Scientists to help implement, evaluate, and improve LLM-based applications (agentic). You’ll join as an early hire and work directly with the founders to own key technical decisions from day one.

You’ll focus on evals/optimization, system design, and bold exploratory research to push the state of the art. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and practical deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in data science or related field.
• Deep understanding of how to design and evaluate LLM-based applications.
• Ability to interpret statistical insights for non-technical or executive audiences.
• Strong programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize agentic AI systems and prompts.
• Design and validate end-to-end LLM-based workflows and architectures.
• Conduct exploratory research to push state-of-the-art in agentic solutions.
• Apply data-driven methods to inform investment-like decision processes within AI systems.
