• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with validating outputs for correctness and security.

Responsibilities

• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operability.
• Architect and implement resilient, low-latency services with scalable architectures.
• Lead and mentor the development team in a high-pressured delivery environment.
• Collaborate with users and architects to design solutions and resolve issues.
• Build and mature ML platform components and monitor performance and reliability.
• Design guardrails for agentic AI in production and ensure auditability.
