You will contribute as a core technical member, delivering trusted market-leading technology products and guiding engineering teams through modern SDLC and automation practices.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools with the ability to validate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews/debugs code written by others.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues to improve stability of software applications and systems.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, speed, and outcomes, with standardized validation (secure coding, peer review, automated testing).
• Applies SDLC tools to improve automation value.
• Builds components to be drop-in and AI-native with automated upgrades for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive adoption of new technologies and shared frameworks.
• Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.
