Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the modernization of our Contact Center platforms using AWS, AWS Bedrock, and Generative AI.

You will design scalable, resilient architectures across multi-AZ and multi-region environments and lead complex integrations with CRM and telephony systems. The role requires strong cloud skills (Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, IAM) and hands-on development with Java, Python, Node.js, and/or React.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six to eight years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience with Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and transformation of enterprise Contact Center platforms.
• Drive adoption of AWS cloud technologies and Generative AI.
• Architect scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native solutions across multi-AZ and multi-region setups.
• Lead integrations with CRM, telephony, and data platforms such as Salesforce/ServiceNow.
