Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Product Lead for the Clinical Insights Engine to drive the strategy across Screening & Diagnosis, Quality Measurement, or Care Management.

You will bridge clinical needs with platform capabilities, shaping product direction and ensuring alignment with business priorities. You will partner with Platform PMs to co-create roadmaps, monitor adoption, and realize measurable clinical and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of applicable product management experience.
• Proven leader driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to translate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for Clinical Insights Engine integration with CVS Health businesses.
• Co-develop the roadmap with Platform PMs to align clinical objectives with platform capabilities.
• Ensure adoption and measure real-world outcomes, iterating based on feedback and data.
