CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior Product Lead for the Clinical Insights Engine (CIE) to drive strategic roadmaps across Screening & Diagnosis, Quality Measurement, and Care Management. You will partner with Platform PMs to align clinical and business priorities with platform capabilities, ensuring tangible clinical and financial outcomes.

You will lead the multi-year vision, define data-driven roadmaps, and monitor value realization with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

7 years of applicable experience in product leadership or management.
Proven experience driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources.
Excellent collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to translate technical topics.
Data-driven mindset with ability to work with analytics teams.
Experience thoughtfully integrating AI into products.

Responsibilities

Define the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for the Clinical Insights Engine integration with CVS Health businesses.
Co-develop the roadmap with Platform PMs ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor implementation and adoption, driving real-world clinical and financial outcomes.
Serve as liaison between clinical leadership, business owners, and platform; build data-driven business cases.
Define KPIs and continuously identify opportunities for product improvement through analysis and feedback.
