Qualifications
- 7+ years of applicable experience
- Previous experience within product management
- Proven leader: comfortable driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources
- Highly collaborative: excels at working with senior-level stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset: uses data to measure product impact
- Experience with AI integrated into products
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for the Clinical Insight Engine integration with CVS Health businesses.
- Co-develop the roadmap with Platform PMs to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
- Ensure last-mile realization by monitoring adoption and outcomes of the Clinical Insights Engine.
- Serve as primary liaison between clinical leadership, business owners, and the platform.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and drive ongoing product improvement.
