Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Product Lead for the Clinical Insights Engine to bridge clinical priorities with platform capabilities. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, partner with Platform PMs, and drive measurable clinical and business impact across Screening & Diagnosis, Quality Measurement, or Care Management use cases.

You’ll own the product strategy, monitor adoption, and iterate based on real-world feedback, working with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable health tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Proven leader able to drive strategic decisions and coordinate resources.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics collaboration.
• Experience thoughtfully integrating AI into products.
• Healthcare or digital health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for Clinical Insights Engine integration.
• Collaborate with Platform PMs to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
• Ensure last-mile value realization and monitor clinical and financial outcomes.
• Align clinical leadership, business owners, and platform teams with data-driven cases.
• Define KPIs and continuously improve via real-world feedback.
