Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Sr. Product Lead for Clinical Insights Engine, guiding strategy across Screening & Diagnosis, Quality Measurement, or Care Management. You will align business priorities with platform capabilities and drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes.

You will partner with Platform PMs to co-develop roadmaps, monitor adoption, and communicate value to senior leadership while shaping a multi-year product strategy in a healthcare AI context.

Qualifications

• 7 Years of applicable experience.
• Previous experience within product management.
• Proven Leader: you're comfortable driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources.
• Highly Collaborative: you excel at working with senior-level stakeholders and translating complex topics.
• Data-Driven Mindset: you measure product impact with data.
• Experience with AI: you have experience integrating AI into products.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the Clinical Insight Engine integration with CVS Health businesses.
• Co-develop the roadmap with Platform PMs to ensure objectives are integrated into strategy.
• Monitor implementation and adoption, ensuring outcomes and iterating from feedback.
• Serve as liaison between clinical leadership, business owners, and the platform; justify investments with data-driven cases.
• Define KPIs and monitor provider acceptance, diagnostic accuracy, quality measures, and timeliness.
