Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee large-scale data center cabling and infrastructure deployments across the U.S. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, documentation, reporting and on-time delivery, with travel up to 50% and relocation assistance possible.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in data center, AI infrastructure or related IT deployments, strong organizational and client-facing skills, and proficiency with Excel and PM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in data centers or similar infra deployments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors and locations.
• Strong organizational and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, and resolve deployment issues.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals and closeout documentation.
• Lead client and internal project meetings with clear status updates.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover and closeout.
