Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control for scalable enterprise solutions. You will own multi-agent architectures, identity/authentication systems, and post-training tuning environments.

Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams, present at conferences, support IP filings, and mentor engineers while delivering universal agent control harnesses in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools / code assist.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools (Github/Gitlab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI Agent Control harnesses for multi-agent systems.
• Lead architecture decisions for agent identity, authentication, and authorization.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Present research at conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
