Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Lead AI Architect for GTM systems to define architectures for AI‑powered automation and multi‑system integrations. You will shape patterns, governance, and tool choices, working with executive stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

You will collaborate across GTM engineering, Sales Ops, BizTech, and leadership, driving high‑impact designs while mentoring engineers and advancing a low‑code and agentic AI vision. This is a remote US role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of software engineering experience, with production backend systems.
Minimum of 3 years of Technical Lead experience.

Responsibilities

Define and own the technical vision for AI-powered GTM systems.
Lead architectural design for high‑complexity GTM systems and multi‑system integrations.
Drive evaluation and adoption of emerging AI tools and platforms to maintain technical edge.
Publish reference architectures, design patterns, and ADRs to guide teams.
Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate business goals into concrete roadmaps.
Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring and team growth.
