Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You’ll drive architectures for multi-agent systems, authentication, and observability across enterprise environments.

The role demands deep expertise in AI-native tooling, Federated learning, and scalable governance. You’ll collaborate with Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams while shaping strategic technical direction and IP development.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Experience with AI-native development tools/code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with CI/CD and code hosting tools (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness for multi-agent systems and tooling.
• Define architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments.
• Create synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Develop comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
• Lead design requirements and drive AI-native processes.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.
• Support strategic technology development as needed.
• Present at conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team building universal agentic control harnesses.
