Job summary

EY is seeking a Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain architects in designing AI Agent Control systems. You will oversee end-to-end development of agent authentication, environment control, and policy-driven agent behaviors, while ensuring scalability and security in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires deep experience in multi-agent architectures, post-training customization, and collaboration across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Experience with AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design of control harness intelligence systems including multiagent systems and tools.
• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large scale systems.
• Design of post training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design of synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against evals.
• Lead a team of experts in building a universal agentic control harnesses.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams to ensure practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
