Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager within the Analytics & Behavior Change organization to lead AI-powered analytics for clinician support. You will partner with data scientists and engineers to translate clinical data into production-ready AI/ML products, balancing speed, accuracy, and value.

The role requires strong data literacy, experience with MLOps, threshold tuning, and clinical workflow integration.

Qualifications

5+ years of overall work experience.
3+ years cross-functional work with ML Engineering and Data Science.
2+ years Product Management or adjacent experience.
2+ years working with AI, data analytics, data products, or clinical data.
2+ years navigating complex stakeholder environments.
2+ years communicating with clinicians and technical teams.
2+ years delivering products through full lifecycle with QA awareness.

Responsibilities

Create product requirements documents and acceptance criteria for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
Clarify requirements and facilitate technical discussions with Data Science and Engineering teams.
Clarify end users and business problems to the technical team; enable end-to-end insight.
Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream and downstream teams.
Develop go-live timelines with core data science team and engineering partners.
Collaborate with clinicians to confirm business value and quantify impact.
Review model results with clinicians to validate outcomes and refine.
Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics to drive ROI.
Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
Follow Agile practices and guide a scrum team of data scientists and engineers.
