Job summary

Develop Health Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to own analytics across the platform.

You will reinvent how an AI-first healthcare data stack is used, delivering trusted metrics and customer-facing analytics to providers, pharmacies, and payers. You will lead the design and implementation of a scalable data platform, partner with product and operations, and build AI-native analytics capabilities that scale with the company’s rapid growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on analytics or data engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in SQL and dbt; experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse.
• Ability to own problems from question to analysis, metric, model, and impact.
• Excellent ability to surface assumptions, trade-offs, and communicate with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience building AI-native analytics tools and guarding data quality and trust.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and GTM leaders to identify data-driven decisions and own those problems through adoption.
• Strengthen dbt and Snowflake foundations and establish trusted metrics for patient access, automation, and performance.
• Advance our customer-facing analytics product so clients understand performance and bottlenecks and can act to help patients get medication faster.
• Build governed analytics agents, reusable skills, and self-service workflows for company-wide analytics.
