Bayesian Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Analytics to build and optimize the analytics infrastructure that supports real-time clinical insights. You will collaborate with client success, clinical, product, and data science teams to drive data-informed decisions and enable scalable analytics across multiple products.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years building scalable analytics infrastructure on a cloud platform (preferably AWS).
Proficient in Python and SQL.
Deep knowledge of modern data/analytics tech (cloud warehouses, transformation frameworks, BI tools).
Experience handling PHI/PII data and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

Monitor KPIs and product performance across clinical domains; implement analytics infrastructure, queries, and automation.
Build frameworks for clinical case reviews and investigations; empower clinical teams to identify cases needing evaluation.
