Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Math is required.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI demonstrated.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Proficient with AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiar with scripting languages and modern software languages.
• Knowledge of identity/auth cryptography and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with NVIDIA NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence for multi-agent systems and tooling.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native processes.
• Research emerging authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech as needed.
• Present at conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agent control.
• Lead a team of experts in universal agentic control harnesses.
