Job summary

Parloa is building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. You will lead the Agent Architecture team, hire and coach engineers, and own the quality of every AI Agent shipped while spending a significant portion of your time on live customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of conversation design and AI agent development experience.
• Experience leading people, with coaching or management track record.
• Skilled in advanced prompt engineering; comfortable integrating REST APIs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with enterprise exposure.
• Ability to prioritize capacity and communicate tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, coaching, and career development for Agent Architects.
• Set goals and align OKRs with Professional Services priorities.
• Guide customers through AI Agent implementations end-to-end.
• Define and enforce quality standards, document best practices.
