Job summary

System One is seeking a Lead Agile Transformation Coach to drive an enterprise-wide Agile transformation and foster a Lean-Agile culture across teams, programs, and leadership. The role acts as a strategic change agent, helping the organization maximize business value through SAFe, Scrum, Lean, and DevOps practices while coaching stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Lean-Agile coaching experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAFe coaching.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end enterprise Agile transformations.
• Experience coaching executives, leaders, Scrum Masters, RTEs, product teams, and platform teams.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Experience launching and coaching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and expanding Value Streams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to bridge Agile frameworks with real-world organizational challenges.

Lead Agile Transformation Coach

Location: Hybrid (Reston, VA / Washington, DC)
Duration: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
Eligibility: W2 Only
Work Arrangement: Local DMV/WV candidates only, within 90 minutes of Reston, VA.

Position Overview

• Ability to bridge Agile frameworks with real-world organizational challenges.

Required Certification

• Active SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification with training delivery experience (must be current).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching platform teams and product operating models.
• AWS and AI-related transformation experience.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
• Additional certifications such as CSP, CSPO, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, or Advanced Scrum Master for SAFe.
