Qualifications

• 5+ years applying Agile methodologies in product, project, or delivery environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on Agile coaching experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent transformation experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to lead and facilitate a SAFe transformation across a large enterprise organization, including departmental and global initiatives.

This is an Agile transformation and coaching role rather than a traditional Scrum Master position. The Agile Coach will work directly with leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to improve Agile maturity, establish consistent practices, remove organizational impediments, and create sustainable improvements in delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Agile delivery experience and 3+ years of direct Agile coaching experience, with strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, value-stream thinking, servant leadership, and organizational change.

• Promote psychological safety, transparency, trust, and collaboration
• Align strategy and organizational priorities with execution
• Drive sustainable improvements across multiple teams and initiatives
