Job summary

Charter Global is seeking a seasoned Agile Transformation Coach to lead Lean and SAFe enablement initiatives in Reston, VA. The role involves coaching teams, guiding Agile adoption, and driving value through lean practices in a hybrid on-site environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of Lean/Agile experience, strong leadership, and a track record of transforming large programs while collaborating with Product, DevOps, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
• Education Details: Business Administration or related field
• Experience: 10 years or equivalent in the use of Lean, Agile methodologies. Proven success leading large-scale Agile transformation.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• Five plus years coaching and training teams in SAFe Agile enablement and transformation.

Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid onsite) 1 time per week

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Qualifications
