Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience delivering software or data teams in a delivery, scrum master, or agile leadership capacity.
• Ability to adapt or reinvent delivery frameworks for fast-moving AI-adjacent environments.
• Practical use of AI tooling in a professional setting.
• Ability to operate across multiple teams with program-level alignment.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management with technical leads and product managers.
• High emotional intelligence; ability to influence without authority.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments, avoiding rigid process as a crutch.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Enable successful delivery across 4+ cross-functional product, engineering, and data science teams.
• Establish, evolve, and coach Agile ways of working and empowered product team practices.
• Create visibility into delivery health, capacity, dependencies, risks, and progress.
• Drive cross-team alignment by managing dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Partner with leadership to facilitate planning, OKRs, and portfolio execution.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans, governance, rhythms and milestones.
• Maintain portfolio artifacts including roadmaps and decision logs.
• Monitor progress against initiatives, surface risks and tradeoffs.
• Serve as trusted operating partner to leadership to turn decisions into action.
• Improve organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights and AI-enabled practices.
