Hyperexponential in the United States seeks a US Head of Agentic Field Engineering to own the Americas delivery motion end-to-end—from first underwriting conversations to live premium on the platform. Build a function from an early stage and set high standards for field delivery across customers, product, and people.

Qualifications

• Built agentic AI systems personally and recently with hands-on delivery.
• Grown through engineering into leadership while keeping hands in the work.
• Created internal tooling, harnesses, or workflows that measurably speed the team.
• Tackled the hard 80% of a problem and justified the right trade-off.
• Operated in enterprise go-to-market environments with long cycles and multiple buying centers.
• Managed a leadership team of player-coaches and developed people effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Americas delivery motion end-to-end, driving bootcamps with Agent Builders.
• Expand accounts and land new logos, reducing time to live for new lines of business.
• Build and operate an agentic OS to upskill a team of agents with your builders.
• Deliver at least 3 field-built capabilities into the core product within 6 months.
• Double ARR per head year on year, including contractor and offshore efforts.
• Put a development plan in place for every player-coach.
