You will define the global framework for agentic solutions, drive a shift from traditional software to agent-driven processes, and build high-performing teams that deliver scalable, governed AI-enabled engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI agents at scale in software projects.
• Proficient in CI/CD with Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience leading engineering teams and transformation.
• Executive-level communication with CTOs and leadership.
• Knowledge of risk assessment for AI systems and governance.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the global agentic engineering framework, including reference architecture and evaluation systems.
• Lead the transformation to agent-driven processes with spec-driven development and full traceability.
• Build agentic quality engineering capabilities: automated code quality, test generation, self-maintaining test suites.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Internal Audit for governance in regulated environments.
• Drive organizational change and translate complex tech into business value for stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and raise agentic fluency across the organization.
